Destak Cleaning Services LLC is a local, family-owned company committed to providing an exceptional cleaning experience. To ensure this, we have established a set of policies and procedures that guarantee fair, professional, and consistent service for all clients.

1. Estimates by Phone and Email
We value your time and aim to provide the most accurate estimate possible. For this reason, we kindly ask you to provide honest and detailed information about your home when requesting an online estimate. As we do not conduct in-person evaluations prior to service, the accuracy of the information provided is essential. To ensure a smooth experience, please remain available by phone or email during the cleaning in case we need to get in touch.
2. Arrival Window
To accommodate unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or parking difficulties, we work with a 30-minute arrival window. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you to keep you informed. We understand the importance of punctuality and appreciate your understanding. Our technicians will arrive as soon as possible within the scheduled window to deliver the quality service you expect from Destak Cleaning Services LLC.
3. Cleaning Preparation
To ensure a thorough and high-quality cleaning, we kindly ask that you prepare your home before our arrival by doing the following:
- Pick up scattered items such as shoes, toys, clothes, or other objects that may obstruct access for cleaning.
- Ensure that the sink is free of dishes, as it will be used to wash larger stove parts, the microwave plate, and other kitchen items according to our checklist.
The estimated cleaning time only includes the cleaning itself and does not account for prior tidying. Therefore, keeping the areas organized is essential so our technicians can perform their work efficiently. We recommend scheduling cleanings at times when fewer people are home to ensure full access to all rooms during the reserved period.
4. Special Requests, Equipment, and Cleaning Products
If you have special requests or need additional services, please contact our office directly—not the cleaning technicians. All requests must be made in advance so we can properly schedule any extra services and understand your needs. Our team uses only company-provided ladders and always wears shoes inside the residence. If you prefer the use of shoe covers, please inform us prior to the visit. Destak Cleaning Services LLC provides all the necessary standard equipment and products for cleaning. If you prefer the use of specific products, such as eco-friendly solutions, you must provide them at the time of service. Please note that when we use client-provided products, we cannot guarantee a 100% excellent result, as performance may vary depending on the product’s composition and effectiveness.
5. Home Access
We understand that many clients are not home during cleanings. Therefore, we recommend providing access securely through a keypad code on the door or garage, or a lockbox installed on the property. If you choose to leave the door unlocked or the key in a designated place, please inform us in advance so we can properly notify the cleaning team. For security reasons, we do not hold or transport physical keys for any property.
6. Employee Health, Safety, and Service Limitations
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our staff. That’s why we follow a Risk and Specialization Policy that defines items and areas we do not clean due to safety concerns or lack of specialized training.
We do not clean:
- Animal feces, human blood, bodily fluids, or any materials that pose a health risk.
- Mold, asbestos, or any substances requiring specialized equipment or training.
- Inaccessible areas such as high ceilings, elevated light fixtures, or hard-to-reach corners.
- Heavy items that require more than two people or special equipment to move.
Services not included:
- Removal of stains or deep dirt on walls.
- Disposal of large amounts of trash or furniture.
- Exterior window cleaning.
- Chimney cleaning.
- Cleaning of air ducts or HVAC systems.
- Outdoor cleaning, including yards, patios, garages, or driveways.
- Professional carpet cleaning, stain removal, or water-based cleaning.
7. Indoor Temperature
Please ensure that your home is at a comfortable temperature before the team arrives. Our technicians cannot work in extremely hot or cold environments, as it may affect their health and safety.
8. Automatic Payment and Data Security
All clients—both recurring and one-time—must keep a credit or debit card on file in the secure payment system of Destak Cleaning Services LLC. We guarantee full privacy and security of your information, as we do not have access to complete card details—payments are processed through a secure, encrypted platform. If manual payment is not completed within 24 hours after the cleaning service, the amount will be charged automatically to the card on file. This same card will also be used for any charges related to cancellation and rescheduling policies, as outlined in Policy 9. Keeping a card on file is essential for maintaining service continuity, efficient billing management, and smooth scheduling.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To maintain an organized schedule and manage appointments efficiently, we follow these guidelines:
First-time cleaning clients:
If the cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $150 fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. In case of rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, the previously charged amount will not be credited toward the new service.
Recurring cleaning clients:
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- If a cancellation or reschedule request is made on the same day of the scheduled service, the full amount will be charged with no refund or credit.
- Whenever possible, we will try to reschedule within the same week of the originally planned service. However, this depends on availability and is not guaranteed. Please note that rescheduling does not change the timing of your next regular cleaning, which will remain as originally planned. Requesting a reschedule and then skipping the next cleaning may cause disruption in the schedule and affect the continuity of service.
10. Permanent Cancellation of Recurring Services
If you wish to permanently cancel your recurring services with Destak Cleaning Services LLC, we kindly ask that you notify us at least two weeks in advance. This notice is essential for us to maintain an organized schedule and efficiently reallocate time slots. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us continue to provide punctual and well-structured service to all our clients.
11. Tips
Tipping is not required but is a greatly appreciated way to recognize our team’s hard work and dedication.
For cash tips:
If you wish to leave a cash tip, please divide the amount and hand it directly to each cleaner present during the service. This ensures a fair and immediate distribution among the professionals who worked in your home.
For automatic tips:
If you would like to include an automatic tip with your recurring payments, please contact us with your preferred fixed amount or percentage. This will be added to your profile and automatically applied to each charge. Most clients complete payment right after the cleaning, but if this does not happen within 24 hours, the system will automatically charge the card on file (as explained in Policy 8). In such cases, please let us know in advance if you’d like to include a tip so we can add it before the automatic charge is processed. Our commitment is to ensure that any gratuity is fairly and transparently passed on to the team responsible for cleaning your home.
12. Damages and Breakage
If we cause any damage or breakage, we will inform you immediately and work toward a fair solution for repair or replacement. If you notice damage that wasn’t reported, please notify us within 24 hours. The company is not responsible for damage resulting from unstable bases or improperly secured items.
13. Quality Control and Feedback
Your feedback is extremely important to us, as it helps maintain the quality of our services. Our quality control system relies on your communication, so we encourage you to share your thoughts with us regularly.
14. No-Solicitation Policy
We invest time and resources in recruiting and training our cleaning technicians. We also follow internal policies to maintain service quality and protect our reputation. For this reason, all services must be contracted exclusively through Destak Cleaning Services LLC. Direct arrangements between clients and employees are strictly prohibited.
15. Price Adjustments
Our prices are subject to annual adjustments based on inflation, increased operational costs, or changes in service needs. If you cancel your service and wish to resume it in the future, a new evaluation may be conducted, and pricing may be updated accordingly.
16. Photographs and Social Media
We may take “before and after” photos during the initial visit for quality control purposes. For recurring visits, photos will only be taken in cases of significant changes in the home’s condition. We never photograph personal items such as family photos, jewelry, or documents. If you do not wish to have any photos taken, please notify us in advance. However, please note that the absence of such photos may limit our ability to assess and guarantee quality.
17. Confidentiality
We are committed to never disclosing any client information to third parties during or after the service period contracted with Destak Cleaning Services LLC.
